YOUR BUSINESS SUCCESS...
IS OUR PRIORITY
So which medical practices stand out?
There is a fundamental difference between a successful practice and a spectacular one. The difference is in the details... those details are your people. People are quite complex. PracticePerfect has made Predictive Index (PI) and a unique screening process the foundation of their staff recruitment service...it's called the PracticePerfect Matching Science.
Predictive Index is an EEOC complaint behavioral assessment tool utilized by Fortune 500 companies around the globe. We help practices tackle big and small challenges through a scientifically-backed understanding of their people. This allows you to understand what drives workplace behaviors so that you can ensure alignment, drive your team's success, and achieve your business objectives faster than you ever thought possible. True to PI methodology, when you have the best-fitting people in the best-fitting roles, nothing can stop you.
"Minimum effort to drive maximum benefit" is the motto of PracticePerfect. We have a passion for helping to cultivate the people of a practice. Our mission is not about conducting a practice overhaul. It is about pinpointing the appropriate details to tweak in working with doctors and their people to maximize performance and the culture of the practice.
